Hello, If you are reading this article the likelihood is that you belong to the 3.4 billion of the world’s population that reside in a city. The worlds major cities offer us an abundance of cultural richness, living in a major cities means you are more likely to be well connected, well educated and wealthy. Most people would agree that cities are great places to live but sometimes somewhat challenging places to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
Over the next couple of days I will be publishing a series of blogs about how to live healthy in the unhealthy world of the city.
I will give you tips and pointers that have helped me transform myself from a fairly unfit 20 something to a fit marathon running 30 year old. These tips are what worked for me and I hope they will assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals.
